Steve Kolker

Steve Kolker has had an extensive career in the mortgage industry, with a range of roles and responsibilities. Steve is currently the EVP of National Correspondent Sales at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of EVP of Business and Production Management at the same company from May 2016 to June 2022. Before joining AmeriHome, Steve worked as the Divisional Vice President at NewLeaf Wholesale from December 2013 to 2016. From November 2011 to December 2013, they served as the SVP of Western Region Wholesale Lending at E Mortgage Management, where they built a wholesale lending platform in Southern California and expanded it to the entire Western Region. Steve also worked as the COO at Skyline Financial Corp from June 2009 to July 2011 and as the EVP at Countrywide Home Loans from March 2007 to July 2008. Steve started their career as the President of Mandalay Mortgage, where they worked from 1999 to 2007, and as the Sr. Vice President at WMC from 1997 to 1999.

Steve Kolker attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Furthermore, in December 2020, they obtained certification as a Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
