Aura Morales has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. From 1998 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Auditor at QLDG. In 2004, they joined BBVA PR, where they held various positions, including Senior Auditor, Assistant Comptroller, and Local Audit Director until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Risk Management Manager at BBVA Puerto Rico. In 2013, they moved to Oriental Bank, where they served as an Accounting Manager until 2015. Since 2015, they have been associated with Amerijet International, starting as a Corporate Accounting Senior Manager and progressing to Director Of Corporate Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of VP Corporate Accounting at Amerijet International. Aura Morales is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Aura Morales earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2003. Then, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at Universidad de Puerto Rico from 2006 to 2010.
