Christian Martinez Castillo has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Christian began as a Pasante en Recursos humanos at Casa Pellas, where their responsibilities included supporting the recruitment process and assisting in reception and treasury. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Ejecutiva de ventas at Productive Business Solutions, where they verified inventory, prepared and followed up on quotations, and assisted clients with equipment inquiries. From 2014 to 2015, they joined Amerijet International as a Customer Services representative, where they managed the import and cash department, handled customer inquiries and complaints, and generated and followed up on quotations. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Inside Sales representative, facilitating and tracking quotations and serving as a channel for communication between operations and clients. In 2016, they took over as a Sales Representative at Amerijet International, where they led the Export department, generated and followed up on quotations, and planned sales strategies. Overall, Christian has developed valuable skills in sales, customer service, and operations throughout their career.

Christian Martinez Castillo has a diverse education history. Christian obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua in 2013.
