Sushma C. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Sushma started their career at Gotvco.com in 2010 as a Web Developer, where they were involved in the analysis, design, and architecture of overall applications. Sushma developed modules using C#, ASP.NET, and internet technologies and implemented user databases and templates for user home pages.

In 2011, Sushma joined Amerijet International as a Web Developer/Sharepoint Developer. Sushma continued to analyze, design, and architect applications for various websites, extensively using ASP.NET 3.0.

Sushma then moved up to the role of Database Administrator at Amerijet International in 2015, where they gained expertise in data analysis, architecture, and implementing analytical solutions. Sushma also had experience in MS SQL Server with Business Intelligence tools such as SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and SQL Server Configuration Manager. Sushma excelled in studying OLTP/OLAP systems and developing database schemas for multidimensional modeling.

In 2018, Sushma was promoted to Information Technology Development Manager at Amerijet International. In this role, they actively participated in all phases of development, from conceptual models to deployment. Sushma directed and collaborated with team members in analysis, development, and delivery of support and project work for assigned applications. Sushma also handled resource planning, deployment, tracking, and reporting for their team members.

Currently, Sushma holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Amerijet International, starting in April 2023. Sushma continues to participate in all phases of development and oversees the analysis, development, and delivery of support and project work for assigned applications. Sushma also manages resource planning, deployment, tracking, and reporting for their team members.

Sushma C. began their education journey in 2003 at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics. Sushma completed this program in 2007. In 2008, they enrolled in Florida International University and pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which they completed in 2009. Later, in 2015, Sushma attended Broward College and earned an Associate's degree in Interior Design.

Additionally, Sushma C. has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals through Microsoft. In the following year, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Sushma also acquired the certifications MB-910T00 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) and Building a Web Application on Microsoft Azure in 2022. These certifications were gained through New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
