Matt Ropchak is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Amerilab Technologies. Previously, Matt Ropchak worked as a self-employed consultant specializing in operations and M&A due diligence. Significant experience includes roles as Vice President of Supply Chain at General Mills and Director of Engineering and Operations at Cereal Partners Worldwide, a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills. Additional positions at General Mills include Senior Operations Program Manager, Senior Manager of Technical Operations, and Technical Operations Manager. Matt Ropchak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an education from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2002.
