Brian Taylor has a strong background in maintenance and facility management with over 20 years of experience. Brian most recently worked as a Regional Chief Engineer/Corporate HVAC Manager for Amerilodge Group, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they served as a Facilities Manager at Varsity Campus from 2022 to 2023. Brian also worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Asset Living from 2021 to 2022. Brian gained extensive experience as an Area/Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Foresite Realty Partners, LLC from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Brian worked as a Building Services Coordinator at Kendall College of Art and Design in 2017 and as a Director of Facilities at White Pigeon Community Schools from 2014 to 2016. Brian began their career at First Housing Corp in 2002, where they held the position of Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor for over 12 years.
Brian Taylor attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Facilities Maintenance. In addition to their degree, Brian has obtained several certifications including Asbestos Management Planner from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), CPO from the national-swimming-pool-foundation/WAHC, EPA 608 Universal from the ESCO Institute, and OSHA 30 from OSHA 30 Hour.
