Faith Townsend

Faith Townsend has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Front Desk Manager at Amerilodge Group since March 2013. In this role, Faith is responsible for training new Front Desk Attendants, scheduling hotel employees, and supervising a staff of 14, as well as booking and coordinating social events in the conference area. Prior to this position, Faith worked as a Front Desk Agent at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from April 2011 to March 2013, where responsibilities included guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, addressing guest requests and complaints, and conducting night audits. Faith has an educational background from Wayne State University.
