Scott Laplante

Scott LaPlante is a versatile professional with extensive experience in fabrication, technical direction, and audio-visual services. Currently serving as Fabrication Manager and Distribution Associate at AmeriLux Family of Companies since August 2020, Scott has honed skills in material handling and operating CNC routers and CO2 lasers. As the owner of S/L Productions since December 2003, Scott delivers a range of audio, video, lighting, scenic, and web design services. Previous roles include Head Carpenter at Weidner Center for the Performing Arts, PAC Technical Director at Howard-Suamico School District, and Technical Director at Wrightstown High School, where Scott showcased expertise in technical production, set design, and training student technicians.
