Caroline Nealon

Caroline Nealon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data management, analytics, and technology strategy within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Data Management & Analytics at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, Caroline leads a team focused on enhancing advanced analytics reporting for Wealth Management Services through a new data lake integration. Previously, as Vice President of Technology Strategy, Caroline was responsible for implementing technology solutions to improve business operations and data governance. Caroline's prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at the American Forest & Paper Association, where management of enterprise-wide data operations and advocacy for statistical tools were key responsibilities. Earlier in Caroline's career, a role as a Research Assistant at the Investment Company Institute involved collecting and managing data on the mutual fund market. Caroline holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
