Femi Shabiolegbe

Femi S. is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of HR for Staff Groups at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. With a strong background in finance and human resources, Femi previously held multiple leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, including Head of HR for the global Finance Division and Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Wealth Management Field. Femi's extensive experience also includes roles at UBS where responsibilities ranged from Regional Head of Regulatory Training to Americas HR Business Partner for various functions. Additionally, Femi consulted in Human Capital at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds an MBA from Howard University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos.
