Kari Vrba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic event management and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Conferences & Events at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, Kari provides leadership and direction for the Strategic Meetings Management function, overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success and Partnership at Sharecare, where responsibility encompassed the enhancement of client experiences, and Chief Commercial Officer at MotivAction, where Kari led customer experience initiatives and integration efforts following the acquisition by Augeo.
