Myles Mjolsnes

Myles Mjolsnes, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems and digital product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Systems - CRM at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since April 2023, Myles focuses on web and CRM reporting as well as marketing automation for the RiverSource segment. Previously, at Best Buy from October 2020 to February 2023, Myles managed the post-purchase customer communications product roadmap, leading agile development teams. Earlier roles included Senior eCommerce Manager and Senior Digital Product Manager at Lifetouch, where Myles oversaw ecommerce websites generating significant annual revenue and implemented successful omni-channel marketing strategies. In addition to a tenure as Director of Marketing at WAND Corporation, Myles has also served as Director of Marketing & Product Development at Digital Clinic, contributing to product launch and M&A success. Myles holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
