Rudy Rodriguez

Rudy Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as Vice President at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since March 2015. In addition, Rudy holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Previous roles include Senior Director of Multicultural Marketing at MillerCoors, where initiatives focused on increasing sales within Hispanic, African-American, and LGBT communities, and Director of Multicultural Marketing at General Mills, where Rudy established the company's first Multicultural Center of Excellence. Rudy's marketing expertise was further developed at Unilever, managing brands such as Dove and Degree, and began a career in advertising as an Account Executive with the Chicago Tribune. Rudy holds an MBA in Marketing, Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
