Terri Swaggert, CIA, CISA, currently serves as Senior Director of Technology Risk - Governance at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. since March 2018, following a tenure as Director of Technology Governance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of IT Security and Risk Management at Voya Financial, where responsibilities encompassed IT and cybersecurity policy execution and risk management operations. Prior roles include IT Security Manager at ING, where security operations were enhanced through a risk-based approach, and Operational Risk Manager for ING Employee Benefits, establishing the ORM department. Earlier career positions include Audit Manager at ING, Lead Auditor at Deluxe Corporation, Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, and Senior Auditor at Prudential Financial.
