Kristal Sevcik

Kristal Sevcik, MBA has a diverse work experience in the CPG industry. Kristal has held roles in various companies such as AmeriQual Group, LLC, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for sales and strategy in both Co-Manufacturing and Private Label, overseeing the commercialization process and contractual activities. Kristal also managed the customer service department and business development activities at the ThermoPac facility.

Sevcik also worked as the Chief Consultant at Cre8ive Logic, a consulting partner specializing in the CPG industry. Here, they provided consulting services in areas such as strategy, new item development, sales, marketing, and financial analysis.

Prior to that, Sevcik held a position as the Private Label Regional Sales Manager at Red Gold and had extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of grocery/customer accounts.

Kristal began their career at Target as an Executive Team Lead, managing a team of employees and overseeing sales and operational issues.

In 1998, they commenced their undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, focusing on Marketing. After four years of dedicated study, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2002.

With a thirst for knowledge in the field of business, Sevcik furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. From 2010 to 2012, they immersed herself in this program, honing their skills and expanding their knowledge in various aspects of the business world.

In 2020, Sevcik sought to enhance their expertise even further by obtaining a Certificate of Completion in Women in Governance at UCLA. This professional development opportunity allowed their to delve deeper into the realm of governance, equipping their with valuable insights and perspectives on navigating the corporate world.
