Joe Diggs

Joe Diggs is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in government-guaranteed lending, currently serving as the National Sales Executive, SVP at Ameris Bank since August 2025. In this role, Joe leads a national business development team focusing on SBA and USDA loan origination while managing lending processes, marketing, and financial analysis to enhance profitability. Additionally, Joe is the Founder and Executive Director of the Roll With The Punches Foundation, a charitable organization established to support other non-profits through entrepreneurial initiatives. Previous positions include National Business Development Officer at The Fidelity Bank and Senior Vice President roles at First Bank and HomeTrust Bank, among others. Joe's career also features accomplishments in boxing as a two-time Lt. Heavyweight Champion. Joe holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and an Executive MBA in Banking from Loyola University Maryland.
