Marc Kilpatrick

Marc Kilpatrick, MAI, currently serves as SVP - Director of Valuation Services at Ameris Bank since September 2021. In addition, Marc has been the owner of The Trolley Bearing Company, a supplier of bearings and conveyor parts for the dry cleaning industry, since 1996. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President at Regions Bank and SunTrust, focusing on real estate valuation services, and a Senior Analyst at National Valuation Consultants, Inc., where Marc conducted valuations and feasibility analyses of commercial real estate. Additional positions include Certified General Appraiser at C.S. McCall & Co. and Associate Appraiser at McColgan & Co. Marc's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a BS in Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
