Todd Franke

Todd Franke, AIA, currently serves as the Franchise Owner at AmeriSpec Inspection Services since October 2021. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Sr. Architect at Walmart Stores, Inc. from August 1998 to October 2021. Todd's architectural career began at BSW International, where the role of architect was undertaken from 1991 to 1997. Todd Franke earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma between 1982 and 1988, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University from 1988 to 1991.
