Shannon Moyer

Shannon Moyer is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Ameristar Perimeter Security USA Inc., part of the ASSA ABLOY Group since June 2019, where responsibilities include calculating cost savings and leading capital expenditure projects to enhance workflow and minimize waste. Prior to this role, Shannon held several positions at Ardagh Group from June 2014 to April 2019, including Production Manager, where management of a production department with over 90 employees was key to optimizing performance in safety and quality. Additional roles at Ardagh Group included Mold Shop Manager and Forming Tank Manager, as well as participation in a Management Development Program focused on data analysis and process optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Shannon earned a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 2010 and 2014.
