Colette Turner

Colette Turner, MBA, CPCU is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as the Director of Workers' Compensation Field Claims at Amerisure Insurance since September 2016. In this role, Colette leads staff with a focus on talent management and ensures claims are adjudicated in compliance with company standards. Previously, as a WC Technical Consultant, Colette provided technical training to adjusters and directed high severity claims. With extensive experience at CNA Insurance from June 1993 to July 2016, Colette held positions such as WC Operations Analysis Consulting Director, where oversight of multiple service centers and strategy development were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes serving as a TCO Analyst at RSKCo. Colette holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Benedictine University and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
