Lynda Karalla

Lynda Karalla is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources consulting and recruiting, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Consulting and Recruiting at Amerisure Insurance since January 2016. Lynda has a proven track record in cultivating relationships to align HR solutions with business strategies, focusing on areas such as employee relations, performance management, and diversity & inclusion. Previously, Lynda worked at Carhartt as an HR Business Partner, leading initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and compliance with HR practices, and spent a decade at the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau as an HR Specialist, where foundational HR policies and employee benefits management were developed and implemented. Lynda holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management, from Central Michigan University.
