Ryan Swales

Ryan Swales has extensive experience in the insurance and surety industry, currently serving as the Home Office Manager for Contract Surety at Amerisure Insurance since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions from March 2009 to March 2022, including Vice President and Branch Manager as well as Assistant Vice President, focusing on Contract Surety underwriting. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Contract Surety Underwriter at UFG Insurance and as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Rally Appraisal LLC. Ryan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa in May 2004.
