Ann M. Frohman

Ann Frohman earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She also earned a managerial accounting certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Frohman began her career in 1989 as the Honorable John T. Grant’s judicial clerk for the Nebraska Supreme Court. She has worked as an attorney in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Frohman founded her own practice in 2012.

She serves on the board of directors for the Ameritas Mutual Holding Company and is a director for Ameritas Life Insurance Corp and Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York. Frohman is a member of the Ameritas Nominating & Corporate Governance and Finance Committees. She also is a member of the Acquisitions subcommittee.

Frohman serves on the board of directors for Farmers Mutual of Nebraska, as well as Resolution Life US and its subsidiary companies.

She is a fellow in corporate governance for the National Association of Corporate Directors. Frohman is also a member of the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society, Nebraska Insurance Federation and the Nebraska State Bar Association. She is an honorary member of the Society of Financial Examiners.
