Brian McCoy

Brian McCoy has over three decades of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, with a career that commenced in 1993 at Union Central, where various roles culminated in managing a team of seven across three shifts. Responsibilities included overseeing mainframe batch cycles, print operations, and several management products to ensure operational efficiency. Since November 2009, Brian has been with Ameritas, currently serving as the Lead Service Management Administrator within IT Infrastructure Integrated Technologies, guiding a team of five in data center support and project management, and previously held the position of IT Infrastructure Manager in Tec OPS. Brian's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Computer and Management Information Systems from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, complemented by studies in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati.
