Heather Freeman

Heather Freeman, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Operations Analyst at Ameritas since August 2023. Previously, Heather held various positions at Bryan Health from May 2015 to August 2023, including HRIS Manager, where responsibilities involved analyzing workforce metrics and providing insights for senior-level decision-making. As a Talent Management Systems Supervisor, Heather successfully led a team to improve processes affecting end-users and clinical departments. With a background in procurement, Heather has also served as a Buyer in organizations such as Hayneedle and Lynn Roberts International, where skills in negotiation and vendor management were honed. Heather holds an MBA from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
