Joyce Duncan

Joyce Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and management within the software development life cycle. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ameritas Ltd since March 1997, Joyce has played a pivotal role in providing consulting, training, and resourcing services, specializing in methods and tools for software development. Additionally, Joyce owns a business and IT consultancy focused on business process improvement and full life cycle application development across the UK and Europe. Previous positions include Consultancy Manager at Texas Instruments and Principal Consultant at James Martin Associates, along with a background in academia as a Senior Lecturer at Birmingham City University. Joyce holds an M.Phil in Chemistry and Computing from the University of Wolverhampton and a BA (Hons) in Chemistry and Geology from The Open University.
