Justin Tyler

Justin Tyler is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in managing and overseeing telecommunications projects at Ameritas since June 2017. In the role of Lead Telecommunications Administrator, Justin serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email, Cisco Webex, and workforce management tools. Previous positions include Senior Telecommunications Administrator, where responsibilities included managing fax systems and deploying Cisco room systems, and Telecommunications Administrator, focusing on the configuration and support of Cisco phone systems and remote teleworker solutions. Earlier career roles at CompuCom and TriHealth involved desktop support and information systems consulting. Justin holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
