Kathleen Mijland

Kathleen Mijland has extensive experience in client success and onboarding, currently serving as the Lead Transition and Onboarding Consultant at Ameritas since March 2024. Prior roles include Partner Success Manager positions at Carson Group, from November 2021 to March 2024, and a variety of positions in recruitment and client services at Prime Time Healthcare, Orion Advisor Tech, Virgin Pulse, and NEI Global Relocation. Kathleen’s career began at West Corporation as a Customer Service Manager and includes over a decade at Cardinal Health as an Office & Client Services Coordinator. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has a background in music education from Wayne State College.
