Liz West

Liz West serves as the Director and Head of Retirement Plans Marketing at Ameritas since July 2025. Previously, Liz held the position of Vice President and Head of Channel and Product Marketing Strategy at MissionSquare Retirement from May 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes Directorship in Retirement Product Marketing at Empower (2018-2022), Senior Directorship in Advice Strategy & Communications at TIAA (2017-2018), and Head of Marketing Strategy for Large Corporate Markets & the Investor Channel at Voya Financial (2015-2016). Liz's expertise also encompasses a Senior Director role in Individual Marketing at TIAA-CREF (2012-2015) and pivotal leadership positions in Global Marketing at Bank of America (2007-2012). Liz earned a BA in Communications from Boston College and graduated from Newton Country Day School.
