Marlon Thomas

Marlon Thomas is an experienced software architect with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as Lead Software Architect at Ameritas since October 2021, Marlon previously held the position of Lead Software Developer at Ameritas BlueStar Retirement Services, LLC, from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Andromeda Systems Incorporated and Senior Software Developer at DiscoverTec. Marlon also founded and led Tommy Consulting LLC from 2012 to 2017, and was the Lead Developer for the Clearvoice Research and Surveys Platform at OceansideTen Management, Inc.
