Ameritas
Patrick Buerk is currently a Cyber Security Intern at Ameritas, where responsibilities include providing operational support for software and hardware as well as imaging new devices. Prior experience includes working at CareStar in the IT Support Center, focusing on imaging devices and operational maintenance from January to April 2023. Patrick also served as an Information Technology Intern at Scramblers from May 2017 to August 2022, supporting IT operations across multiple locations in Ohio, imaging and coding Raspberry Pis, updating the website, and maintaining point of service software. Additionally, experience as a server and busser complements Patrick's background in the service industry. Patrick is pursuing an Engineer's degree at the University of Cincinnati, expected to graduate in 2026.
