De'Jhia Wyche has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. De’Jhia worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., where they handled full cycle recruitment and established strong partnerships with hiring teams. Prior to that, they served as an Underwriting Support Specialist at SageSure Insurance Managers, where they reviewed and approved binding requests and managed communication with agents and support vendors. De’Jhia also worked as a Human Resources Specialist intern at SAFY of America, assisting with employee onboarding, developing internal systems, and managing employee benefits and payroll. Earlier in their career, they were a Collections Specialist at Navient, responsible for performing collection activities and resolving non-routine issues.
