Olga M Zaks possesses extensive experience in the field of workers’ compensation claims management, currently serving as Sr. Work Comp Case Adjuster at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. since June 2003. In this role, Olga manages a diverse caseload of 150 to 200 complex and catastrophic claims, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze and process claims up to 10 million. Previous positions include Senior Case Adjuster at Royal & Sunalliance Insurance Company and Case Adjuster II at Cambridge Integrated Services, where Olga handled increasing complexity in workers' compensation claims and executed critical decisions to determine claims exposure and settlement.
