Joel Thomas Kochummen

Joel Thomas Kochummen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in architecture and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Quality Controller at Ames Construction, Joel accelerates project timelines by supporting the Project Manager with RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals, while ensuring concrete quality on-site. As Co-Founder and Principal Architect at Infinity Minus Studio, Joel has managed over 100 diverse projects, handling design and documentation processes. Previous roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University, Summer Intern positions at Commercial Restoration Company and Forensic Engineering Company, and various internships that provided insight into construction and architectural practices. Joel holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Architecture Trivandrum.
