Jim Mathers

Jim Mathers has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Jim served as the Vice President/Sales at Ames Taping Tools since 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Field Sales Training & Development at United Rentals from 2010 to 2013. Jim also served as the Vice President, Sales at Excellware, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they were the Director, Strategic Sales Development at Hertz Equipment Rental from 1998 to 2009, where they played a key role in developing and implementing Intranet infrastructure and tools to analyze and increase sales. Jim started their career as the President at Phillips/Day & Maddock, Inc. in 1996, where they successfully grew the company's supply and rental revenues before negotiating its profitable sale to Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation. Prior to that, they were the Vice-President, Sales at Phillips/Day & Maddock, Inc. from 1991 to 1996, where they introduced innovative strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

Jim Mathers attended Lakeland Community College but did not receive a degree. Prior to attending Lakeland, they attended Mayfield High School, where they also did not receive a degree.
