Jessica is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate from September 2021 to December 2023. Prior roles include Chef de Partie at Woodman Estate (August 2018 - September 2021), Longitude 131° (March 2018 - August 2018), and Head Chef at Bolero Brasserie (October 2011 - January 2018), where a progression through Sous Chef and Chef de Partie roles also took place.
