Tariq Nasir

Tariq Nasir is an experienced avionics technician currently serving at AMETEK MRO since July 2023, following a role as Avionics Manager at GAL from June 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance activities and ensuring a safe work environment. Previously, Tariq was an Avionics Supervisor at Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMMROC) from April 2007 to May 2020 and began a career in avionics with the UAE Air Force & Air Defence as an Avionics Technician from September 2002 to March 2007. Tariq's foundational experience was gained in the Pakistan Air Force from December 1985 to December 2000 as a Chief Technician, focusing on the maintenance of Mirage and F16 aircraft. Tariq holds a Diploma in Aerospace Electrical Engineering from the School of Aeronautics PAF, earned between December 1982 and December 1985.
