Peter Kaufman is a Custom Project Engineer - Lead at AMETEK Process Instruments, overseeing the Custom Project Engineering team since October 2011. Previously, Peter served as a Technical Sales Support Engineer and a Service Engineer, supporting sales and managing repair projects for a range of process instrumentation applications. Earlier in their career, Peter worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at AMETEK, resolving manufacturing issues within the business unit. Prior experience includes a role as Field Service Engineer at Elliott Company, where Peter designed and managed installation and repair plans for turbomachinery, as well as a position as Coal Handling Group Leader at Shenango Incorporated. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
