Mahesh Thaker

Mahesh Thaker is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical management and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at AMETEK Programmable Power since February 2013, Mahesh previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Power-One from January 1996 to November 2012. Prior experience also includes a role as Program Manager at Lambda Electronics from May 1977 to January 1996, overseeing product development activities with a team of approximately 20 direct reports. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) in analog electronics from Columbia Engineering (1975-1977) and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Engineering Science from SUNY Westchester Community College (1973-1975).
