Sal Plasencia is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as the Manufacturing and Test Engineering Manager at AMETEK Programmable Power since March 2025, Sal previously held various roles at D&K Engineering, including Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Sr. Operations Manager, where responsibilities included launching products, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in medical and commercial device manufacturing.
