AMETEK Surface Vision
Bill Enloe serves as the Head of Hardware and Firmware Engineering at AMETEK SURFACE VISION since July 2015, overseeing multiple engineering disciplines including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Technical Documentation. Enloe has held various roles within AMETEK, including Software Engineering Manager, where leadership of a distributed team of engineers was essential for product development. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Cognex Corporation, where responsibilities spanned World Wide Technical Support, Technical Support Management, and Project Management, alongside notable product development efforts with the SmartView product line. Enloe's career began at ITT Night Vision and progressed through innovative roles at Intevac EO Sensors, establishing key advancements in night vision technology. Enloe holds a Master of Science in Physics from North Carolina State University and a dual degree in Physics and Economics from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
