Matthew Draper

Matthew Draper has extensive legal experience in corporate law, currently serving as Corporate Director and Corporate Counsel at AMETEK since September 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew practiced at Saul Ewing LLP as a Partner and Vice Chair of the Corporate Practice Group from May 2013 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes positions at Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC as an Associate, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, focusing on private equity acquisitions and divestitures while also serving as a Litigation Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Matthew holds a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law and a degree from Bucknell University, complemented by foundational education at Shady Side Academy.
