Maureen Kwilosz

Maureen Kwilosz is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at AMETEK since July 2025, Maureen previously held the position of Director, HR Americas at Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. from September 2023 to July 2025. Prior to that, a lengthy tenure at Emerson Automation Solutions spanned from October 2007 to September 2023, during which Maureen advanced from HR Administrator to Director, HR Americas. Maureen's career began at ASICO as an International Sales Assistant Manager from 1998 to 2002, followed by an Account Manager role at Vision Point of Sale, Inc. from 2003 to 2006. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Bradley University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
