Michelle Flores

Michelle Ann Flores has extensive experience in the field of special education and behavioral support, currently serving as a Special Education RBT at Amethod Public Schools since March 2019. In this role, Michelle manages direct staff to create tailored learning strategies and supports students through adaptive learning. In addition, Michelle has been an Associate Behavior Specialist and RBT at McGrew Behavior Intervention Services since August 2012, providing positive behavioral support and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances. Earlier experience includes working as a Textbook Associate for Follett Higher Education. Michelle is currently pursuing education at Southern New Hampshire University and holds a degree from California State University-Sacramento.
