Amethyst Operations is a People / Operations firm that specializes in providing day-to-day support and project completion for organizations seeking greater operations capacity, founded by Amanda Qualls and Sarah Monte.

Amanda has more than a decade of experience working in the people function, with most of that time spent in fully remote settings. She specializes in hiring support, onboarding program creation, training, management coaching, benefits package consultation and administration, payroll processing, employee reviews, separation guidance, and offboarding process creation.

Sarah has spent her career working for mission-driven organizations in the private and non-profit sectors, in addition to presidential campaigns. She specializes in conceptualizing and implementing organization-wide processes and the systems that create efficiency, regardless of an organization's size. Sarah also has a background in financial operations, general operations support work and campaign finance, making her offerings at Amethyst complementary to all of the people operations services.

Whether you're an established nonprofit that is seeking to modernize your operations processes or a start-up business planning to grow remotely, we can help you to build a healthy, productive operations function.
