Rob Kuester

Rob Kuester has extensive experience working as an Operations Manager at Amethyst Research, Inc. Rob managed day-to-day operations, federal and state contracts, procurement, safety, ITAR, and security programs. In addition, they researched, quoted, and acquired infrastructure for two semiconductor processing and growth laboratories. Rob also established the operational presence in Ardmore and handled all administrative and non-science related operations functions. Prior to their role at Amethyst Research, Inc., Rob served in the US Navy from 1975 to 2000, reaching the rank of LCDR (Ret).

Rob Kuester's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Central Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned an AAS degree in Management - General Business from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City between 2005 and 2006. In terms of high school education, they attended Northwest Classen High School in Oklahoma City from 1970 to 1974. Additionally, Rob has also received training in Defense Trade Controls - ITAR from the Export Compliance Training Institute and completed the OSHA 30 Hour General course at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. Rob has also studied ISO Auditor at Oklahoma State University-Okmulgee.
