Jim Donovan has a strong work history, starting with their role as Chief Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy from 1977 to 1997. Jim then moved on to AMEWAS, Inc. in 1997, where they started as the Chief Operations Officer and later became the Contracting Officer/Chief Information Officer from 2014 to 2020. Jim Donovan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 1997 and 2006. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems from the same university during the same time period. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Systems Engineering at the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2014 to 2015.
