Nathan Gapinski

Nathan Gapinski serves as the Test & Training Operations Team Lead and Team Supervisor at AMEWAS, Inc., overseeing a cross-functional team of eight personnel across multiple projects within the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test Division. With experience as a Subject Matter Expert IV and Deputy Integrated Test Team Lead, Nathan manages test and training event support while leveraging expertise in JSE CONOPS and Test & Evaluation Strategy. Prior experience includes roles at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 20 focusing on the P-8A and MQ-4C aircraft, and various managerial positions in the US Navy, culminating in a strong foundation in operational coordination from experience aboard USS CARL VINSON CVN-70. Nathan’s educational background includes credentials from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Defense Acquisition University, and the United States Navy Test Pilot School.
