Pradeep Cheriyath

Pradeep Cheriyath is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at AMEWAS, Inc. since February 2014, Pradeep supports the Navy’s Next Generation Electronic Warfare Environment Generator (NEWEG) Program, focusing on software development using C++, QT, and RTI DDS for simulation messaging. Prior experience at Raytheon from November 1999 to November 2013 includes roles as Systems Engineer and Test Engineer for the ICE Patriot Program, where Pradeep created requirements and detailed design packages, and coordinated system development tasks. Leadership roles encompassed overseeing data integration for the N DEx project and managing the development of a web-based application for US-VISIT. Pradeep also served as a Subsystem Lead/Architect for NASA's Earth Observing System, ensuring quality and integrity in planning and data processing. Pradeep Cheriyath holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Maryland.
