Alla Gorelik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at American Express Global Business Travel since 2011, Alla leads a global Agile team to manage a sophisticated Enterprise Data Management platform that processes approximately 40 million travel reservations annually. Previous roles at American Express include Director of Product Management, where Alla successfully launched a global Traveler Identity platform, and Director of Travel Service Delivery Optimization, focusing on customer retention strategies. Prior to American Express, Alla worked at Goldman Sachs as Vice President, evolving from a developer to a technology leader overseeing critical global projects and systems in Investment Research. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern, along with a recent program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
